Volunteers are the backbone of everything that goes on within LNBC Kids and are essential to our success in fulfilling the vision that God has called us to. From changing diapers to next step decisions of faith and everything in between, we have a place for everyone to get involved!
Serve weekly, bi-weekly, or once per month!
Early Childhood Team
Early Childhood Team
BABIES:
Making sure our little ones are loved and cared for during service is so important. Join our Nursery team to love, hold, and care for the littlest of our church members on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am or 10:30 am.
PRESCHOOLERS:
Our 2-5 year olds are growing FAST! Walking, talking, and getting into everything, these busy bees are hungry for information! They need loving volunteers that want to sing, dance, and read Bible stories with them on Sunday mornings. Loving our preschoolers opens up the door for them to discover the Creator of the universe wants to be their forever friend. You can serve here at 9:00 am or 10:30 am.
Elementary Team

DISCIPLESHIP GROUP LEADER:
We believe children learn an authentic faith best in small groups. For kids, our Elementary Discipleship Team is a community of relationship builders, Truth speakers, encouragement givers, and safe places to grow in Biblical training. For parents, we are their community of Christian collaborators and co-laborers, helping families connect to the Body of Christ at church and at home. Raising spiritually resilient kids takes a village! Serve here Sundays at 9:00 am or 10:30 am.
WORSHIP TEAM (Preschool & Elementary):
We can worship God at any age, and helping kids prepare their hearts for the main message is SO important on Sunday mornings. If you have a love for music, a heart for kids, and a heart for worship this is a great place for you to use your gifts and talents.

AWANA TEAM (3 years - 5th grade):
AWANA is an awesome way to help kids (and yourself) memorize God's Word! Volunteer Opportunities include serving in recreation, listening to memory verses, leading a small group discussion, or helping prepare crafts. Our Awana program is a great way to serve the community as well as learn and participate in mission projects! Serve here at 5 pm, Sunday evenings from September - May.

WELCOME TEAM:
If you are a host or hostess with the mostest, then the Welcome Team would be a great place to use your gifts! Hospitality, great first impressions, and warm smiles are what we are known for... the Joy of the Lord is our STRENGTH!
SUPPLY TEAM:
Do you love shopping lists and organizing? Then the Supply Team is for YOU! Each week we build a supply box for teachers with all the things needed to pull their kids into a lesson! Craft supplies, construction paper, hula hoops... this team puts the dazzle into small group time! The best part is you can serve in this way on your own schedule!
EVENTS TEAM:
Do checklists, parties, and invitations get you excited? We need your help in planning Family Fun Nights, Family Experiences, Baby Dedications, and more! Events are a bridge for our church and community to getting more involved in our church community.
CHILDCARE TEAM:
Our childcare team helps support other ministries of LNBC. Maybe your schedule is more flexible during the week? We always love having additional help caring for littles while moms join a Bible study on Tuesday mornings, or during MOPS meetings. Volunteer AND paid opportunities are available for our Childcare Team.
ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN TEAM:
Environments play a huge part in a child’s learning experience, and we want to make sure ours is at its prime for kids to experience God when they are here. Do you have an artistic side, love to make things, draw, decorate, or even design? We need your talent to impact the indoor and outdoor spaces of LNBC Kids!
